## What we do

Accu-Track takes the operational work of contracts and licensing off a company's plate: royalty reporting and reconciliation, licensing compliance and obligation tracking, contract administration (renewals, amendments, terminations), post-acquisition contract cleanup, and centralized portfolio visibility. We act as an extension of a client's finance and legal teams, not a replacement, and the client keeps all decision-making authority.

We are an alternative to contract-lifecycle-management (CLM) software and to hiring internal staff. Software still requires people to run it; hiring is slow and expensive. Accu-Track simply does the work.
